Terms DNR

All work carried out by Studio Sabe is subject to the DNR 2011 (The New Regulations 2011: ‘Legal Relationship Between Client – Architect, Engineer, and Advisor’). This is a standard arrangement for concluding agreements between clients and contractors in the field of design, advice, and management in construction. For private clients, the Consumer Regulations 2013 (CR 2013) apply if agreed upon.

The DNR is a joint initiative of BNA (the industry association of Dutch architects) and NLingenieurs.

The Consumer Regulations set forth the general terms between consumer and architect and outline the mutual obligations and rights of the client.
